Toolkit is designed to support practitioners in their work with families where parents misuse drugs and there are concerns about the children's welfare. While focusing on drugs, it covers a wider pattern of misuse, including alcohol. The toolkit is aimed at all of the agencies that become involved with such families, and considers how that can add to the complexity of the task.
