Karl-Heinz Keldungs ist Vorsitzender Richter und Vorsitzender im Bausenat des OLG Düsseldorf. Er ist Autor bei Ingenstau/Korbion 'VOB-Kommentar' und Mitautor bei Keldungs/Brück 'Der VOB-Vertrag'.

Architekt Dipl.-Ing. Norbert Arbeiter ist seit vielen Jahrens als ö.b.u.v. Sachverständiger für Gebäudeschäden von Gerichten, Versicherungen, Wohnungsbaugesellschaften und Privatpersonen im In- und europäischen Ausland tätig.
